JEREMY BOWEN
Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy Bowen is the CEO of Cirium, the aviation analytics company that is helping to shape an intelligent future for air travel.
Cirium is part of the global information- based analytics company RELX. Jeremy originally joined its FlightGlobal brand, the aviation arm of RELX, in 2018. He became CEO in 2019 during the same period as the company rebranded to Cirium, after significantly growing its data portfolio with the acquisitions of Diio, FlightStats, Ascend and Innovata. At the same time, Jeremy led the divestment of its legacy publishing business, FlightGlobal.
During this leadership position, Jeremy has additionally set a new vision and strategy for Cirium, aligned company operations, driven a new collaborative culture and the acquisitions of Snowflake Software, to further expand Cirium’s data portfolio and technology offering.
Jeremy has been in the data and analytics world all his career, previously with RELX’s Accuity business for eight years—a company focused on the financial services sector. Before this role, spending 15 years with data insights company Dun & Bradstreet in leadership positions in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

MATT WRIGHT
Chief Operating Officer
Matt has been with Cirium and other RELX Group companies since 2006. As the COO, Matt is responsible for all aspects of daily operations, financial control and investments for the organization.
Prior to joining Cirium, Matt worked as EVP Technology at Reed Business Information, and has held multiple leadership positions at companies within RELX Group.
Matt studied at the University of Oxford and began his career in Finance.

LIZZIE LAW
Chief of Staff
Lizzie Law is an example of how working at Cirium, a part of RELX, can transform your career. Lizzie’s career within RELX started in events and conferences in 2010, transitioned to product through her outstanding delivery on key projects and moved into operations, leading a large, diverse, and global team. In November 2021, Lizzie was named Chief of Staff at Cirium.
Today, Lizzie plays a key role in defining how Cirium works as a business, ensuring the flow of information around Cirium, to better aid decision-making, communication, and accountability to these decisions.

Lizzie recently returned from maternity leave and assumed the role as interim COO for six months. She works flexible hours, and advocates for flexibility in the workplace, and is a mother to two-year-old twin boys.

MIKE MALIK
Chief Marketing Officer
Mike has extensive experience in the aviation industry. At Cirium, he plays a crucial role in helping industry stakeholders comprehend the implications of the company’s data and analytics on their businesses.
Before joining Cirium in 2018, Mike held various senior-level positions, including chief commercial officer for UBM Aviation, president of Aloha Air Cargo and Aloha Tech Ops, and chief information officer for Aloha Airlines. He also served as the chief marketing and information officer for MAXjet Airways, where he was one of the founding members. During his tenure at Sabre, he spent nine years in London and Hong Kong, where he was vice-president Asia-Pacific.
As an executive consultant, Mike has advised several airlines on the implementation of new software technology to enhance their operations. Some of the airlines he has assisted include Lufthansa, Swissair, and Cathay Pacific Airways, where he worked on day-of-operations control, pricing, revenue management, crew management, and maintenance operations.
Mike also serves as an advisory board member for Aerobrand, a leading airline branding and design company that recently oversaw the rebranding of Lufthansa Airlines in 2018. He holds a master’s degree in air transport engineering from Cranfield University.

KEVIN O’TOOLE
Chief Strategy Officer
Kevin works as part of the global leadership team to set Cirium’s strategic vision and future direction. That includes a role in establishing partnerships and driving the M&A activity that has helped the group develop into a leading analytics provider for the world air travel sector.
Kevin has led strategy for Cirium since 2005, having previously edited Airline Business magazine in its heyday. As an industry commentator, he helps the group’s thought leadership and works with clients to shape innovative solutions.
Kevin has a BA in law from the University of Oxford.

KEVIN HIGHTOWER
Chief Innovation Officer
Kevin joined Cirium in early 2022 and has been advancing tech in the aerospace industry for 21 years, with 15 years at Lockheed Martin, finishing his career as CTO, and over 4 years with Google’s drone delivery company, Wing. He uses his drive for tech to create amazing aerospace products by developing, launching, and growing the right products to make the world a radically better place.

RAHUL OBERAI
Global Head of Sales
Rahul is Cirium’s Global head of sales. He is committed to accelerating digital acceleration through aviation analytics. He is a data obsessed leader passionate about developing diverse, value driven teams that deliver unparalleled data and analytics to Cirium clients.
Rahul joined Cirium in August 2018 as managing director APAC, and has successfully led Cirium’s growth in the region. Prior to Cirium, Rahul was in another RELX business, leading its commercial growth for over four years across Asia. He has also held sales and leadership positions in global companies such as Misys and Thomson Reuters, covering the banking , treasury and credit management portfolio.
He holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has spent over 15 years in the data and analytics industry. Rahul currently operates out of Cirium’s Singapore and London offices.

SARAH DAVIS
Vice President of Data
Sarah Davis is the vice president of data and oversees Cirium’s data quality and data governance programs. She’s responsible for making sure Cirium data is accurate and available to Cirium customers across dozens of solutions and delivery platforms with minimal delay. Sarah joined Cirium in January 2023.
Prior to joining Cirium, Sarah spent 22 years at Vodafone, a leading UK Telecoms company, driving the delivery of their portfolio of data and analytics services. Sarah received her MBA from Henley Business School in Oxfordshire, England.
Sarah’s passion for the world of data has come from her experiences of being able to make data accessible for all, demystifying the language used in the data world and showing the power data has to make a difference.

STEPH HEALEY
Director of Human Resources
Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group and Cirium, Steph was Head of People Change at Markerstudy and prior to that, spent over 10 years at Direct Line Group, during which she held senior HR roles supporting several businesses and functions. Before joining Direct Line, Steph worked in finance and customer-focused roles at NatWest and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
As a commercially focused HR professional, Steph has her Chartered Fellow FCIPD qualification. Her wealth of experience and background make her well suited to deliver on our key people strategies of talent, diversity and inclusion (D&I) and the employee experience.

DAVE COUSINS
Vice President of Technology
Dave is the Vice President, Technology – where he has the responsibility of ensuring Cirium’s business and customer needs are realised by driving the strategic direction of our Cirium technology team.
Dave has significant experience in the technology industry and joined Cirium in Q4 2024 after 28 years at IBM, where he led multiple globally distributed software engineering teams, held pre/post sales roles, and was Chief of Staff to the GM, Technology.
Dave has a passion for human-centric leadership and building highly motivated teams to solve complex technical challenges. He also dedicates time to coaching and mentoring both inside Cirium, and across the wider technology industry.

ANNABEL RAPINETT
Finance Director
Annabel has been in the RELX organisation since 2010, and is FCCA qualified. She has worked in a broad range of finance leadership roles supporting various businesses and functions, giving her a wealth of technical and commercial experience.
As Director of Finance she is commercially focussed, partnering closely with the leadership team to drive decision making, operational excellence, strategic outcomes, and long-term financial performance.
